Billino is an invoicing app. Right now it works entirely offline — your data never leaves your device. This policy explains what we do (and don't) collect today and what will change when optional cloud features are introduced.
The app stores all invoice data locally on your device. Nothing is sent to any server. Billino has no access to your invoices, your clients, or any data you enter.
The website (billino.io) is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare processes your IP address and standard HTTP request metadata to route traffic and protect against abuse. This is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not receive or store access logs.
Cookies: The website does not set any cookies.
These features do not exist yet. When they are introduced, this policy will be updated and you will be notified in the app.
Today, your data never leaves your device, so there is nothing for us to secure on our end.
When cloud storage is introduced, invoice data will be encrypted at rest. We will publish details of our encryption approach before that feature launches.
If you are in the EU, you have rights under the GDPR: to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Since we currently hold no personal data, these rights are not yet applicable. When cloud features launch, you will be able to exercise all rights directly in the app or by contacting us.
If Billino or its underlying operations are transferred, merged, or sold to a corporate entity affiliated with the developer, your personal data may be transferred to that successor entity as part of the business assets. Any successor will be bound by this policy and your data will continue to be used only as described here. We will notify you of any such change via email or an in-app notice before it takes effect.
Questions about this policy? Email hello@billino.io.
We will update this policy before introducing any new data processing. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
