These terms govern your use of Billino — the app and the website at billino.io. By using Billino, you agree to these terms.
Billino is a free invoicing app. Core features are and will remain free. Future optional services (such as cloud sync) may be offered under separate pricing, which will be clearly communicated before you opt in.
The service is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying that invoices you create comply with applicable local laws and tax regulations.
Billino and its design are owned by Christos Zioutas. Your invoice data belongs to you. We claim no rights over content you create with the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billino and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including loss of data, lost revenue, or tax penalties resulting from incorrect invoices.
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice for significant changes.
These terms are governed by German law. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
